In this module, each student works on a field project approved by the department. The project study is aimed at developing the student’s ability to apply the concepts learnt in the course to practical problems. The student is expected to demonstrate a good understanding of the problem and to carry out a study using recognized methods of scientific enquiry. Throughout the duration of the project, a supervisor appointed by the department guides the student.
